Qu’est-ce que le Shiatsu?
\nShiatsu signifie en Japonais pression des pouces. C’est en effet avec des pressions douces et fermes que le praticien agit sur les m\u00e9ridiens, trajets qui relient la surface du corps aux organes, aux tissus et aux esprits qu’ils abritent.
\nLe Shiatsu est indiqu\u00e9 dans les cas de:
\n– douleurs musculaires et articulaires (dos, nuque, hanches…)
\n– traumatismes physiques et psychiques
\n– troubles du spectre autiste
\n– troubles de la m\u00e9nopause
\n– troubles menstruels

Le Shiatsu est reconnu en Suisse comme m\u00e9decine compl\u00e9mentaire. Il renforce et soutient tout traitement m\u00e9dical. Il peut \u00eatre un soutien pr\u00e9cieux en cas de :
\n– une longue maladie
\n– convalescence post op\u00e9ratoire
\n– maladie chronique

Le Shiatsu se pratique en s\u00e9ances individuelles. Une s\u00e9ance de Shiatsu commence toujours par un entretien pour \u00e9valuer la situation de la personne. Des pressions douces et fermes sont ensuite appliqu\u00e9es sur le receveur qui est allong\u00e9 ou assis sur un futon, habill\u00e9 id\u00e9alement en v\u00eatements confortables.
